I had a great stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the clean and nice rooms with separate single beds. Secondly, the location was convenient as it was quite near to Lee garden and the main attractions such as the grand bazaar and morning market. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service and were attentive to detail. I was satisfied with the basic amenities provided, including the room with a balcony and the convenient store. The fact that breakfast was included was an added bonus.
All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.

Enjoy a quick stroll to Som Tom Chaba for a tasty lunch. the hotel and its staff were great, always ready to assist. It's a fantastic spot to kick off your vacation. 🌟 the free Wi-Fi worked like a charm here.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Kim Yong Market and other tourist spots in Hat Yai. It's also near a river, which adds to the pleasant ambiance. The staff here are truly exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, and provide top-notch service. The rooms are spacious and come with a separate single bed, which is great for those traveling with friends or family. The added bonus of having a balcony and a convenient store nearby is definitely a plus.
Despite the overall positive experience, there is still room for improvement.

Is suitable for family to stay or who even have their own transport. Otherwise, can use the tuk-tuk.
(1) The staff can't even speak the simple English, they only speak in Thai. That was very difficult for the tourist like us to communicated with them. (2) During night time, is quite difficult to get the supper.

it is not crowded, near halal food shops, has balcony to dry your clothes, easy to get tuk-tuk (Thai taxi)
bad WiFi connection, no room service, no international telephone service

The hotel is conveniently located near numerous attraction places and several good eateries. If you plan to go island hopping the next day, you can easily arrange for a transfer. the room is spacious with comfortable blankets, a decent shower, and fast internet. the staff is also helpful in lending phone adapters.
The hotel lacks soundproof walls, which make it difficult to sleep at night with the noise from the street.

the room is clean and worth the price that i paid. Easily can get tuk tuk outside of the hotel.
The heater is a lil' crazy, sometimes hot and sometime cold.

Good location, close to food and transportation. Convenient early check-in allowed. However, the best aspect was the comfort of the room.
Terribly loud air conditioning unit that didn't allow us to sleep at night. Bathroom was dirty and outdated.
